I have written in the past about the importance of Disconnect Zones or periods in the day where you"unplug" from your phone but what about asking,
Tool or Toy?
Today's powerful phone IS a computer more than a phone and if you are on it all the time HOW do you get anything ELSE done?
I think you should do more than put the notification just to vibrate.
You should put it AWAY from you from time to time, even in the business day. Away from a pocket or purse, perhaps in a drawer or another room.
