With REALTORS griping about business being down in certain areas of the country due to supply and demand issues, my retort to them often is "give me a break!" Buck up, bucko! What you need is a dose of courage in hard times. Some don't even know what courage is. Courage is not just not being "afraid." It is doing what you have to do despite fear and coping with things the best you can with the cards you are dealt. In the face of death, some truly show lots of courage.
