A recent post about listing agents reminded me of a conversation with a friend, the best Buyers Agent in our region. I love working with sellers - and I don't mind telling them the truth. This is good advice for property owners. In Europe, where power is prohibitively expensive "hot water on demand" is used extensively. I am thinking of having this system installed when my water heater needs replacing.
