Currently there are 26 Dock listings for sale on Lake Arrowhead. Earlier in the season we had 40 listings and we saw prices started to slip. Just after that point we started selling off a lot of the inventory, right down to the 26 that are currently listed. Year to date there we have sold 23 docks. The sales ranged in price from 40k to the highest of the season at 150k.

In my opinion the Market for Dock Sales in Lake Arrowhead is still booming. This year I have closed over 10 transaction sides for docks, and I have two docks currently in Escrow both listed for over $150,000.00 my record sales price for a Dock came this year in Orchard Bay, S241 Single slip that sold for $157,500.00
There are over 2500 Docks on Lake Arrowhead and currently thee are only 14 available for sale. Most of the inventory consists of Multiples with very few half Double Docks, Single … (0 comments)
