Today in Hampton, NH I met with Robin Moyer Ratigan, a NH Occupational Therapist who has opened a business called Capable Kids. There's the "LOW FAT - NON FAT" trend still going on. Yes, it's trendy to eat tofu and fish! This marketing trend helped launch lots of new fat-free products. What a pleasant surprise to read that the University of New Hampshire is in the top 5% of energy-efficient college campuses nationwide. The "Winter UNH Magazine", pages 26-29, is a great eye-opener as to what is happening with the local college students here in Durham, NH. I'm proud of my alma mater!
