There is a TV show called Say Yes to the Dress that shows brides buying wedding dresses from a high end bridal shop. I am sure you have heard of this show and possibly even watched. The show is very much like real estate. Real Estate and wedding dresses are both bought on emotions and feelings. realtor: Utility Bills? - 02/23/12 10:11 PM
OK, I am sure this will be one of those "no matter what someone says you will be set in your ways blogs" but I think we need to talk about this issue.
I have asked for utility bills for a home as a buyers agent maybe twice in my almost 7 years in Real Estate! I have agents that ask every time they show a home for utility bills. I even had one agent last week that asked for the bills before they even showed the home.

Rocky Mount, NC does not have the short sale inventory like a lot of places around the country and to be honest Rocky Mount does not have the agents or buyers that understand the short sale process. The short sale process is very easy because I have found a short sale Attorney specialist! You may ask, "is there a few for that"? Sure he has a fee, but the best part is he negotiates the fee with the bank. He handles everything for the buyer, the seller, the agents, and the bank!!!
