Dunwoody Georgia homes sales. If you are interested in Dunwoody real estate, the most recent data for Dunwoody homes closed sales for the month of October 2007 has just been released. In the Atlanta MLS Dunwoody is noted as area 121. Dunwoody homes are still selling because of the location and appearance. Homes need to be updated, painted, and priced correctly.
