I have to admit I love ice cream but I love frozen custard more. I recently visited the new Culver's Restaurant in Dawsonville GA and their frozen custard is awesome! It was well worth the short drive from Cumming GA up the GA 400 for an evening treat. I had another article published today in RealtyTimes.Com It is based on how the consumer views us in real estate and how we are judged. In real estate we try to dazzle would be potential clients with Million Dollar Credentials that are hardly worth the paper they are written on. Many in our profession drive leased luxury cars trying to give the illusion they are successful and should be sought after for their advice. It really doesn't work. I just recieved my ActiveRain newsletter today that incuded a story about Redfin. I'd fogotten that I was interviewed last week by USA Today Online for a perspective on Redfin and how it stacks up to mainstreet real estate. The USA Today online article appeared today and there were even a few AR Blogs on the subject. The article was entitled Online start-up Redfin saves home buyers money. What was really interesting how little fo the interview was really published. I just picked up the New York Times today, where I read a few articles about sub-prime lending, and came to the conclusion it was not painting a pretty picture.
