Over there years in real estate there is a lot that you can learn! It is possible to learn so much from every aspect of the deals that we do! There is a buyer side, a seller side, a legal aspect, financials, disclosures, inspections and mechanics, showing protocol, social interaction, flaring tempers, profits and losses! We can even learn from others, what to do, and what not to do! Experience is one of the best teachers! It can pave the way to new successes if we are willing to learn from them. Real estate training is some of the worse training in the world when you really think about it. Whatever the state's minimal licensing requirements for licensure are, they do not prepare a newly licensed agent for the real world solutions. Yes there are 43,560 square foot in an acre and of course you remember the definitions of riparian, alluvial and littoral rights...don't you? What real knowledge can a newly licensed agent use to assist a home buyer or a home seller? The answer is none of the above!
