In the North Fulton west-side area of Roswell Alpharetta and newly formed city of Milton there are currently 207 homes for sale in Alpharetta that are priced over $1 Million Dollars. there are 27 with contracts and that includes pending sales. That math translates into 206 ACTIVE LISTINGS / 27 CONTRACTS = 7.62962963% chance of a sale if you are priced over 1 Million Dollars. Most of the sales are new homes.
