2015 Predictions for the Real Estate Market As we come close to the end of the year, many would be thinking or planning of either buying or selling their property. What Should You Know While Staging Your House The other day while I was showing my buyers some homes, I couldn't help but to compare notes mentally about how each home differed from the other simply by their staging. I often watch my buyers reactions when entering a home to determine if they are going to like the rest of the home. Once my buyers start "aww-ing and oo-ing" I can almost guess that 95% of the time they are going to make an offer.
