I visited Tap Root Farms on 8/30/24 to get an update on the community. I also took several photos, which can be viewed via this link. There are several people calling this community home already. As of 8/30/24, there are 22 active listings in Canopy MLS for Tap Root Farms ranging in price from $366,210 to $500,790. These homes range from 3 to 4 bedrooms, 1343 sf to 2824 sf. It's rumored that there is a price increase planned for September. I visited Tap Root Farms and Heritage Park today to get updates on phases, pricing, and incentives. D.R. Horton is now offering buyer's agents a 4% commission and still offering buyers up to $10,000 in closing costs paid, plus other items. They indicated that this offer is only valid until April 22, 2024. Buyer's simply need to execute a contract by that date, not close on the home.
