A lot has been made of a recent "deal" on Groupon.com by Dream Town Realty to offer customers a $1000 rebate for doing doing business with them. The idea is not new, but the venue that the deal is being offered is. Many uneducated Realtors and consumers think that this is not legitimate or legal. Perhaps in their home states it's not, but in Illinois and here in Florida it's completely legal. This is truly the power of the free market in action! What do you think?
