I visited Tap Root Farms and Heritage Park today to get updates on phases, pricing, and incentives. D.R. Horton is now offering buyer's agents a 4% commission and still offering buyers up to $10,000 in closing costs paid, plus other items. They indicated that this offer is only valid until April 22, 2024. Buyer's simply need to execute a contract by that date, not close on the home. Your Choice Realty of NC is doubling our buyer rebate to 2% for D.R. Horton contracts signed before 4/22/24! That's an additional $10,000 on a $500,000 purchase!! Construction is underway at Heritage Park by D.R. Horton in Fletcher, NC. Several lots have work underway, including footers and poured slabs. The first home, shown above is expected to be a model home. I live about a mile from this community and have been keeping an eye on it. I have a lot reserved here and look forward to the community getting built out. As of 12.8.23, there are 13 listings active in Canopy MLS for this community. As mentioned in my Oct 19th post, D.R. Horton has launched Heritage Park in Fletcher, NC. I live about a mile from this community and have been keeping an eye on it. In fact, I have a lot reserved here and look forward to the community getting built out. As previously reported, D.R. Horton, America's largest home builder is building a new single-family home community in Fletcher, NC. Until recently, floor plans and pricing were not released. Over the past week I've seen spec homes put on MLS starting in the mid 400s. That's a fair price in today's market for a brand new 4/2 (1764 sf) in this magnificent location.
