So when are people going realize that most times in life you get what you pay for? Yep, there are those builders that mark up the price of their homes just to mark them down, so the consumer feels like they are getting a great deal! Yes, there are those builders that have the constant sales/promotions all the time. I ask myself why. Because let‘s face it all builders have a margin to meet and will not go below it.
