I believe it is important to represent you as a buyer or seller with your needs as my top priorty. Many real estate agents will use services which benefit them as much or more than it benefits you. I will not do this. Let me give you an example. I use Jeffrey D. Mohler, attorney at law, to conduct settlements for my buyers. I receive no monetary benefit from connecting my buyers to Mr. Mohler.
