This was reported by Lancaster County Association of Realtors and recorded in lancasteronline.com. This was the seventh consecutive month an increase was acknowledged from the previous year. Increases of pending sales was realized in all price ranges.

Thursday, April 5 has been a fantastic day! Today I turned 51 years old and I spent a few moments pondering my life. I give thanks today and just a few random thoughts: I never could have imagined what life would be like when I reached this age. Life has certainly marched on and I wonder where all the time went. I am grateful for my family. My family of origin has been a blessing and my immediate family is wonderful. 12 of us gathered in the training room of Keller Williams Realty Lancaster today to participate in Rain Camp. Our gathering was an excellent opportunity to learn from Ben Kinney, Chris Alston and Debe Maxwell. It was a fantastic event. Varied, but timely input was necessary ahd helpful. Our group included the number one Rainer in Lancaster, PA, Mike Perry. You can see that he stands out in the crowd. We also had folks who are not blogging, but came to learn more about it. It was definitely worthwhile for all of us.
