Can any stooge stage a home or does it take more than a sap? I learned it definitely takes more than a stooge to stage a home. I recently listed 26 Harvard Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17603. This cottage style home definitely had vintage written all over it when I went on my first appointment. The large living room had red wool carpet which the owners believed was over 30 years old.
