bulkhead: Sea Isle City, NJ Sold Transactions 3rd Quarter 2011 - 10/04/11 07:06 AM
Sea Isle City, NJ had a soft third quarter. Only 15 sold transactions. This is normally the slowest period of the year but it was quiet. Prices seem to have reduced slightly as some of these properties closed with more than 200 days on the market. Next quarter you will see many more property transfers.
