Balboa Island sales are on the rise this year! I love research, and I had noticed a lot of sales happening on the Island this year so I thought I would look back and see what I could find. I looked all the way back to 2002. I was surprised to see how many units we have sold this year on Balboa Island.

Welcome to Balboa Island where everyday is a vacation day. Living on Balboa Island has many benefits. Some of them are the weather, walking to coffee, lunch, dinner, shopping and exercise. You can get around the Island in a golf cart if you'd like, many of the residents do to avoid parking. You can walk around the Island in 45 minutes. I Love statistics! So today I decided to do a little research on Newport Beach as a whole compared to Balboa Island. Although Balboa Island is a small community in Newport it does have some of the most expensive real estate in Newport.
Although we constantly hear how it's a buyers market and it is. Look at the inventory graph on the Island. Not mamy homes for sale, compared to the rest of the city.

Balboa Island is my favorite spot in Newport Beach. While I dont live there just yet, I know someday I will. I visit the Island at least 3-4 times a week. Usually to walk or run around both the Main Island and the little Island. Sometimes I just go to shop on the many darling shops in town or meet friends for coffee. I really enjoy all the charm the island has to offer. I make it a point to always keep an eye on what real estate on Balboa Island is doing. If you have ever thought of living in Newport Beach, you must consider living on one of the waterfront neighborhoods. There's many to list, but my favorite is Balboa Island with its beach cottages, and elaborate homes, ovelooking the beautiful views of all the boats, and sunshine.
