Is Your Electrical Panel Safe? FPE Panels and other Certain panels can cause Fire Damage! Federal Pacific Electric was a major electrical manufacturer of circuit breaker panels between 1950 to 1980. They sold millions of Stab-Lok branded panels and circuit breakers that were installed in many homes across the United States including here in Florida.
