buy real estate in lake county: Hidden Valley Lake, CA (northern CA) home prices down to $137,000

Well as of September we finally have a home priced at $137,000. That is a first. As of today Oct. 7, 2008 it is in escrow. We closed 16 homes last month in the area of Hidden Valley Lake. 11 of them were under $300K, 7 of them were under $200K. On the market as of today we have 8 homes under $150K, and of them 3 have contingency. The good news is we have 44 homes under $200K and 10 of them are contingency. WOW what amazing deals.
