Rogersville High School in Rogersville, Mo market report has been trending steady with LYTD numbers. 5% increase in sales price from last year. # of transactions remain consistent. $100,000 and under has increased 33% this las year, while $200,000 to $300,000 has dropped 45%, and 300,000 to $400,000 doubled. When comparing September 2010 to September 2011, Buying and Selling a House in Rogersville, MO was not on the TO DO List this year. Love the 4 seasons, Summer being my favorite. I love the gorgeouos mountains, the calmness of Table Rock Lake, the festivies of the little towns around, the persuit of education with so many colleges and universities, and KC and St. Louis being only 3 hours away.
