My buyer has a gas log fireplace in her current house. She would love a wood-burning fireplace in her new house. She found a 100 year old house in the Chestnut Hill neighborhood of Philadelphia. It has a twin next door. It may have once shared a chimney with the house next door--there is a slight bump out on the shared wall in the living room. The house has a sunroom addition with sliding glass doors to a patio in back. The roof over the sunroom is only one story.
