What is up with this scenario? Assured, together single woman decides to buy her own home. She doesn't need to wait for her prince! Then the prince turns up! Why is that? I just ran into a client from 7 years ago. She told me she met her now- husband at a dinner party the week before closing! I got a happy Christmas call from another. Two years for her, but again, first the house, then the fiance. Is this just me, or is this a phenomena? … (5 comments)
