marketing for handicapped access: How to market a Wheelchair Accessible House?

I just showed my buyer a beautifully kept house that was renovated for wheelchair access. You drive in the garage and a door leads to the lower level. It has a wheelchair lift to the main level. Open floor plan. Modified bathroom. Wheelchair access through the sliding doors to the pool. The listing agent does not even mention this hard-to-find feature. This is a 50 year old house. It was not built with universal design features. The bathrooms have been modified--not built for easy access. If I were the listing agent, I would advertise the heck out of the wheelchair accessible.
