smoke detectors: TRID and smoke detectors--Check at home inspection

Yikes. It is two weeks before settlement...I just had a mortgage broker ask me for a signed smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector form--signed by the buyers. This document has always been signed at settlement. At the final walk through, we look to see if they are installed. Is this the kind of change that can hold up settlement now? (0 comments)
