There was a reoccurring trend that I saw in 2008 amongst clients that I helped get into residential leases.  I feel like this is something that is worth mentioning.  These clients that I worked with were all previous homeowners that had been foreclosed on.  They would have all liked to purchase a home but didn’t have the credit. Therefore I had to find them a suitable residential lease.

east texas real estate: How can landlords be so picky? - 10/21/08 04:46 AM
I have some clients that I am working with, trying to get them a house for lease. They just got foreclosed on and given until nov. 1st to move out of their current house. Well it turns out that getting them approved for a residential lease contract is almost as hard as getting them approved on another mortgage for a new home.  We have looked at ten or fifteen different houses now and tried to negotiate leases on a few and we can't get anything to work out.
