daytona beach real estate: What Keeps Me In Florida - 11/25/13 02:29 AM
This is a wonderful time in Florida. I looked on my IPhone and at 1:30 PM it shows 72F in Daytona Beach and 34F in New York.
Which means that we both are not freezing.
48F degrees difference is what keeps me here in Florida. Don’t get me wrong, I love New York, but not New York weather. Not even in summer as it changes from crazy hot to cool within just days.
It is green, sunny, warm and beautiful. And it is this way for the most part of the year.
And I like it.

In this market if you do not diversify, you may easily find your self in trouble. There is no surprise that many agents turned to property management, something we did not want to touch a few years ago.
We started from doing it for some of our clients who bought condos in the area, and needed to rent them until they retire and come, or until they decide to sell. So, we started from couple of units, and then this number increase, but we are still only halfway to where we would like to be with our numbers.

Just wanted to give you a snapshot of the market in Town Park in Port Orange at the end of October.
There are 23 active lisitng in the community ranging from $264,000 for 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath with 1930 SF Living to $514,900 for 4 Bedroom /3 Bath with 3117 SF Living.
There is one Home in the process of going throgh inspectons and financing.
There were 9 sales in the development wince last year with sale prices ranging from $270,000 on 03/30/2007 to $410,000 on 07/02/2007.
