191 properties listed as ACTIVE on the MLS with an average list price of $1,024,893. 86 of those are listed as new construction with 13 being new construction this year. There are several new home neighborhoods with lots available to build on. To mention a few: Waybridge, Devonshire and Bromley.
Seven homes have closed this year with an average sales price of 1,033,229 and 183 days on the market.
