Is everyone out there enjoying this beautiful weather as much as I am?? It seems like the azaleas and dogwoods have burst out in bloom just overnight. It makes me feel wonderful. In Beaufort SC our temp is hovering around 50 at night and up to 70 in the daytime. The sun is out, the birds are singing and the
convertibles are out and about. I'm sure the golf courses are full and even the boaters are on the creek.
More buyers are looking around and showings are up, so contracts will be coming in and buyers and sellers will be closing. End of school will mean more movers and the kids will be finding new friends over the summer break. Families will take off on vacations and June will be full of weddings. It is remarkable how certain patterns emerge every year. We are a predictable species. Investors are finding our area and realizing that our low prices on real estate will not stay there long. Throw in the eastern coast, our pristine marshes, bountiful fishing, excellent boating, sandy beaches, and who wouldn't like to move to Beaufort SC. Come on down, we are friendly and welcome others to enjoy what we love.
