Low Rates, Low Prices, $8,000 Tax Credit & $6,000 Grant= More Sales Activity

Real Estate Agent with ERA Realty Center

I was talking to the agent for one of the townhome projects here in Cedar City, Utah, and she said my buyer made the first offer and is planning to close in a few days.  They have 2 more under contract, and they have 2 more buyers in the wings that are contemplating making offers.  My buyer's friend is also thinking of buying one of these charming townhomes.  In all, that would fill the building!  I would say that's quite an increase in sales since these 2 incentives came available.  Wouldn't you agree?

I believe all of these buyers are planning to get the $8,000 first time home buyer tax credit as well as the $6,000 Utah Home Run Grant for new construction homes.  I know my client has been assured that she qualifies for all $14,000, and she is thrilled!  What a deal for these buyers!

My client said that she wanted to buy anyway because of the incredibly low interest rates and the excellent prices for these beautiful units.  With the $14,000 in tax credit and grant, she just feels very blessed.  She will be a home owner for approximately what rents would be.

Please check with your accountant and call the Janet Naisbitt-Bagley team for details on how you can benefit from the sea of opportunity available for purchasing Cedar City, Utah Real Estate.  There is even another $6,000 incentive offered by Hidden Hills Cove builders.  How can you beat that?
