UPDATE! Home On The Market 11 Months...Can You Help? You Be The Judge

By
Mortgage and Lending with Liberty Bank of Arkansas

I recently posted about a homeowner that has had her vacant home on the market for 11 months and has reduced the price several times.

http://activerain.com/blogsview/991365/My-Home-Has-Been-On-The-Market-For-11-MonthsCan-You-Help

Here are a few photos that I finished today.

You Be The Judge...Do you think this home has a better chance of selling now?

Two of the neighbors came by today and was amazed with what I had done. It's so nice to hear you get a A+ and WOW!  I even received a redesign job from one of the neighbors.

The owner was thrilled and I'll meet with the Realtor tomorrow.

Open House is this week-end.  Hope it brings some offers!

Donna, Like everyone else before stated...your staging made the place.

Love the large floral print w/ the abstract rug.

Love the art in the room w/ the F/P... is the piece on canvas or is part of it metal? I'd like to know the medium.

Cynthia, Thank you. All of the art you mentioned are on canvas. I purchased them at Pier 1.

Patsy, Funny you should mention that...there was a showing today and they think we might have a lease/purchase deal in the works! If the sellers are happy with that...then I am too!

Donna:

It looks awesome.  A suggestion, your photos are heavily pixilated (noise, which is little spots distort the clarity), that means you are losing details in your pictures.

Your work is too good not to have GREAT pictures.  Either check the settings on your camera and make sure it is set to the highest resolution, invest in a newer camera with more megapixels, OR...team up with a professional photographer =) (not me, I'm too far away though I could have ROCKED that staging job you did) and go into your presentations with TWO barrels of firepower - beautiful photographs of amazing staging.  That is a WIN-WIN situation for EVERYONE.

Great work!

Thanks for the tips Andrew. I do use a professional, these were just some that I took when I finished the job. Your work if fabulous, I know you would have made this home ROCK. Chrissie is very lucky to have found you. You two are a win-win team! Thanks for stopping by and giving some pointers. I really do need to learn more about taking photos.
