Quick survey.. I advertise on several Gay Realtor websites as well as a gay paper and have noticed that I get called to look at property regularly through referrals from these sites...the down side appears to be nobody buys and the clients often seem to be more interested in aspects other than Real Estate shall we say...So I confess, I'm like in my 40's and frightened to think what happens to the truly younger agents, is this happening to others? I'm seriously ready to stop advertising on the sites that seem to send me these referrals.. Just wondering..
