What "Irresistable Offer" do You Use?

By
Real Estate Agent with WEICHERT, REALTORS - Access Realty

One key to getting an email from a prospect on the internet is to make them an irresistable offer of some kind.  Many REALTORS simply hope that offering to let them see houses is enough.

One of the best ways to get a buyer to RESPOND to your website or blog is to offer them something they REALLY want.  Tell them what's in it, and then show them how to get it (like send me an email!)

Are there other things that homebuyers want to know?

I think so.  Here's a few...

"How do I get a home loan"

"How do I write an offer"

"What's going to happen at the closing"

"How much will my closing costs be"

In fact, a serious homebuyer will have lots of questions (they ALWAYS do).

Can you think of more?  Please post them in the comments!

How much money can the average person get off the Sellers list price (or in other words what is the closed price to list price percentage)

I have to agree with Christine and Jennifer that the most asked question is "How Much will the Seller take" followed by "What are the payments". I also get a great number asking for rent to own or lease purchase.

Converting internet browsers to clients is something so important.
