Hi, I will be openning a new office within the next few months. I have always wanted to run my own shop and with sales down and my brokerage company expenses going up, now seems to be as good a time as any. Naturally, I am nervous because business has been so slow but am excited to be on my own.
I am looking for advice on how to set up my management system and maybe a software solution. I expect my office to do low volume of sales and residental rentals so don't need anything too robust. I would like to be able to manage using microsoft office and paper until the business grows enough to require more. Thanks, any help will be appreciated.
