Can your website detect visitors who are visiting via their smart phones?
Does your website allow those visitors the ability to see a message just for them? And then allow them to call or email you - get a map - with just a tap?
Schmap Enable does just that. A little bit of code enables your website for the mobile internet, and ensures that visitors with iphones, Blackberries and other smartphones can easily find your location on a map. Visitors with smartphones see a yellow banner that says 'Tap here for contact details and map.' Regular web visitors don't see the banner.
Getting the code is a snap!
Go to the Schmap Enable site, and click on Get Code.
That link takes you to the page to set up what the smart phones will see. You can even customize your personal background and text colors if you want. I did - I love greens and use them every where!
After selecting your custom colors, move on to the data entry - you'll be able to see what it looks like as you enter it. Kind of fun!
Now you just have to copy the code from the little box as directed to your website homepage and you're set.
Visitors with smart phones will see a banner which they can click to get your info, and call or email you in the moment!
