Latest research shows that America's #1 cause of disability is Arthritis. This Saturday May 19th there will be a Huntsville Arthritis Walk. Check in starts at 8:00 am and the walk begins at 9:00am. It will be held at the University Fitness Center on the UAH campus. There will be two routes: a one mile and a three mile. There will also be team photos, refreshments, a health and wellness fair, and various activities for the kids. They are even having a "Prance Your Pooch" competition for the pet lovers! I'm looking forward to the Best Dressed and the Owner Look Alike categories!
It will be great to be out in the midst of all the fun and activities and for a great cause as well.
