I have 2 listings within the Pittsburgh City limits that may interest an investor.
One is located in Lincoln-Larimer and is listed at $18,900. It's a 2-bedroom (with small office or small bedroom space also, so possible 3-bedroom), 1.5 bathroom, 1-car integral garage, large deck and pool in back yard. Of course it's sold as-is and needs some work.
