Do You Have What it Takes to Catch On?

By
Real Estate Agent with Pine Island Realty

People with money, the people that have made fortunes in their lives, have followed one simple rule.  That rule stands true in almost any investment you can think of.  It is highly coveted and the wealthy do not want to tell the world what it is.

I will let you in on the secret.

BUY when everyone is afraid to BUY, SELL when everyone wants to BUY!

That is it!  I know its complex!  If you need help call me for further discussions on economics.

All kidding aside, the real estate market is not what you may be hearing.  In the last few months the median home price has been rising.  Existing home sales in our area are greater than at the peak of the market in 2005.  Homes are selling fast, with multiple offers, for higher than list price.  Think I am full of bologna?   Shoot me an email and I will PROVE IT!!!  The wise investors and individuals looking to get into the market at the bottom are JUMPING IN NOW!!!  Look around at the news; it seems to me that the population is banking on the country pulling through this crisis, not crashing into oblivion.

ARE YOU CATCHING ON YET?

Hi Brian,

I agree with your thought process.  Buy when others can not, sell when people want to buy. I hope this theory continues to offer you success.

Please remember me if you learn of anyone moving to "The OC", and I will do the same!

It's good to hear that things might be stablizing in Florida. We have a lot of activity too in Northern California.
