Have we seen the market bottom? Not sure....one thing is clear...low rates, the foreclosure moratorium, and the surge of the spring market is combining for a trend ‘upswing'...please contact me for more information so you can decide whether or not this latest development warrants "action time".....hard to imagine a compelling, rational discussion to the contrary at the moment....by the time the ‘bottom' is discovered it's already happened for someone else.....
