Closing the Deal

WHAT A GREAT FEELING!! How many people in the world can have such an impact on someone or a families life?  You (us, Realtors)

To see them smile and share the excitement and joy they have is simply stated "awesome"

Today I was fortunate to be able to share that today not only with a home buyer but a first time home buyer.  IN additon she was able to take part in the new tax credit of $8000.00!!

I know its Short Blog wanted to share the positives note instead of always turning on the TV and seeing the negative side.

Good Luck to all

Please feel free to share a positive story that happen to you.
