This home has been on the market for 18 months. The homeowner has moved to Charlotte already, but thought maybe staging would be the edge she needed to get this thing sold. I suggested changing some light fixtures and painting the powder room. The painter is there today painting, so I don't have a before and after of that. We also changed the cabinet pulls in the kitchen from brass to brushed nickel and also some of the swichplates from brass to white. She could only budget to stage 3 rooms and the masterbath, but I think it turned out nice and I hope it helps the seller. Andrew will take pictures Monday, which are always fun to see.
