This looks like a great deal.  Beautiful floors, I just love tile.  And that pool looks so inviting.

A pool and the lake, great listing. How big is the lake, is it all sports?

Don- thanks...I appreciate that

Ron- the sellers priced it well..so I am hoping so too

Tammy- I love the tile too.....just looks neat, clean and spacious.  I almost took a tumble in the pool....wouldn't have minded except my camera would have went in with me.

Terry-  I think it's a great listing...hope it moves fast and everyone will be happy.  The sellers are ready to move back up north with their family.  The lake is not big and does not connect to our many "Chain of Lakes."   This lake would just be good for canoes, rowboats, etc.  Thanks for inquiring.
