Have You Discovered Picnik?

Mortgage and Lending with Liberty Bank of Arkansas

If you have not discovered Picnick, then check it out. It is a great way to edit your photos. Here is an example of a recent staging that I did.

Notice that the in the first photo I caught myself in the mirror.

But by using Picnik, I was able to not only correct the lighting but also edit out my image in the mirror and the plug-in.

Online photos are so important. Make them count. This is a free service!

I love Picnik -- have you tried the sharpening feature - it helps as well.  I love the advanced editing - makes photos really look fabulous.

I too get caught in mirrors.....so I make sure I have on lipstick!!!  Brightening the photo and removing reflections are difficult - many agents don't bother; however, I use the photos over/over when I re-rented the property so I want them to look good when I first upload them

Thanks for the tip

Judy, Check it out, you'll be glad you did, I'm hooked!

Ginger, You'll love it! I'm not good at taking photos, this has been a real help to me. I hire a professional photographer when budget allows. But sometimes I have to do it on my own.

I like photo shop.  It is also easy to to do the cropping so you can remove your self in the mirro and also can clone some pixels if you want to leave the mirror and only remove yourself.  Great informaiton for those that need it.  Thanks.

Thanks for the info. I have been wondering about the different photo editing programs. I had thout that I would use photo shop but I will also try the picnic program. Do you know of any major difference between these two programs?

Linda, I don't know anything about Photo Shop. Picnik is easy to use. Trust me...I need easy.  The standard features are free, so you can play around with it without any cost. If you upgrade it is only $24.95 per year.
