Levine; NBC News"....for 45 years a reporter of impeccable credentials died last week....his signature sign off forever ingrained in my mind just as written in the quotations....from the days of the Huntley/Brinkley newscasts into the ‘90's his candor, professionalism and consistency set him a part from the crowd of reporters in his field....hardly a day goes by that I don't look back fondly on the days when dad utilized our talents as the remote controllers to his "19" black and white television with the rabbit ears.....
Tiger Woods came back from 5 strokes down to win one of the most dramatic comebacks in sports history...returning from what would have been career ending surgery for some last June on his knee; after winning the US OPEN with a shattered knee and two broken bones in his lower leg.....yesterday he sank a 15' birdie putt on the 18th hole....remarkable and inspiring for all of us....he has won 30% of the tournaments in his career that he has entered....no other way to describe it than "phenomenal".....
The Mike Kelly Team has received an offer from a co-operating broker on 31615 Crystal Sands in Laguna Niguel that is within the court's acceptable range for a probate hearing to be scheduled....that makes 12 sides sold in March....15 since February 27th......congratulations!
This morning the nation grapples with the reality the Federal Government; not the shareholders or board of directors; just fired the head of a major US corporation...General Motors Rick Wagoner and then the Obama administration forced the sale of Chrysler to Fiat....a foreign car manufacturer....who by the way makes Ferrari and Maseratti also. In the meantime we have a great message in the blog....combine the information with the up to $8,000 tax stimulus for 1st time home buyers or the up to $18K in tax credits (federal/state) for new homes....we can potentially put renters into ownership for free; after taxes, and all applicable credits in some cases....please let me know if you have any questions....I'll be glad to review them......
