The Stone Mountain area average home price continues to take a dive. This area is seeing a lot of foreclosures. One positive thing is that things seem to be selling. People are taking advantage of the low prices. It is truly amazing at the amount of house you can get for the money over here.
Total days on market shot up to 116 and the sales price to original list price ratio continues to trend lower, now around 75%.

Year over year, total transactions increased from 75 to 80 (+7%)
Year over year, average sales price decreased from $118,103 to $74,381 (-37%)
