CANINE QUICHE
1 Cup Oat Flour
1/2 Cup Oat Bran
2 Eggs
1 Cup Lean Ground Beef (pre-cooked and drained)
1 Cup Tightly Packed Spinach Leaves
1 Cup Pureed Carrots
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees f. Puree spinach and carrots until smooth. Combine all ingrediants together and mix thoroughly ( the batter should be thick). Place cupcake papers into a muffin pan. Push mixture evenly into the papers and fill near the top (it will not rise high).
- Bake 10-15 minutes if using the mini muffin pan or 20-25 minutes if using a regular sized muffin pan. Cupcakes are done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on a wire rack. Store in an air tight container, refrigerate.
**Also, a spoon of non-fat sour cream on top is an added treat!
