That's a great list.

I read Vanna's comment and your reply. I host a lot of Open Houses for other agents since I don't have any listings of my own and, quite frankly, not sure I want the hassle of listings right now. I do have eight buyers that I'm working with, one of whom is in escrow that will close shortly.

All of them, except the one currently in escrow, came from Open Houses, but I didn't actually get them at the Open House. Rather, I gave them lots of free goodies at the Open House, all of which had my ActiveRain blog URL on them. All of them called me after reading my blog and asked me to help them find homes.

If you're not using ActiveRain IN your marketing, not just as a part OF your marketing, you're missing out.
