The Duluth/Buford average home sales prices has broken down significantly over the past four months. The number of sales had been going down quite a bit also but year over year they have remained the same.
Total days on market is trending up over the past four months. The sales price to original list price ratio is slowly turning up also. Maybe we are reaching a bottom here. The next few months will tell us much.

Year over year, total transactions remained the same at 102 to 102 (-0%)
Year over year, average sales price decreased from $338,538 to $251,102 (-26%)
